Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 5, 2023, USANA Health Sciences, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release providing information regarding its financial and operational results
for the full fiscal year ended December 31, 2022, and guidance with respect to the Company’s currently expected financial results for the fiscal year ending December 30, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
